Example Schedules
Each participant's program is customized based on their initial assessment. Family members can stay connected with updates about progress and how they're doing day to day.
Standard Program
This is our most commonly used cognitive program, designed to support memory, attention, and emotional well-being through a mix of guided conversations and interactive exercises.
Each participant begins with a cognitive and mood assessment, which we use to create a personalized schedule of sessions. The program is continuously adjusted based on engagement, progress, and signs of fatigue.
Every participant is supported by a dedicated care manager who monitors performance and tailors the types of sessions, topics, and cognitive focus areas week by week.
Sample Weekly Schedule
Monday: Logic & Problem Solving (light puzzles, pattern recognition)
Tuesday: Reminiscence Therapy (guided memory recall using familiar topics)
Wednesday: Calm & Relaxation (guided breathing, grounding, and anxiety reduction)
Thursday: Creativity & New Learning (storytelling, music, or learning something new)
Friday: Attention & Focus (simple sequencing, listening, or word-based exercises)
Custom Program
This is our most personalized program, designed to integrate cognitive support directly into each participant’s daily life, interests, and routines.
In addition to a customized schedule of cognitive sessions, we incorporate highly individualized content, such as personal memories, meaningful topics, and familiar activities to make each interaction more engaging and effective.
The program also includes guided support for daily tasks, with step-by-step assistance tailored to the participant’s needs. Sessions can reinforce routines, reduce confusion, and build confidence in day-to-day activities.
A dedicated care manager continuously adapts the program including refining session types, creating personalized exercises, and introducing new challenges to support ongoing progress while carefully managing fatigue.
